since i (fufu), will be the manager of all the social media accounts related to the idol group; i will post whenever i am asked to by any member - and will ask to post as well. we are a team! if i ever retire or need a break, i will be sure to pass the social media info to the next leader.

posts about your idol character individually are limited to one post per week, that way all characters get equal attention online! you are also allowed to make one self-promotion post a month (i.e. commission info, sharing social media, etc).

the account will only be based around our idol group ocs, not other peoples or our other ones! unless we have a story line planned or something like that.

3 strike rule. first strike is a warning, second strike is a more serious talk & a check in and third strike is an unfortunate kick of the group, and auditions will be posted back up to take said members place.

dont be rude or mean. if one or two people (essentially anyone whose being bad) are constantly making problems, we will all have a serious conversation and come to the conclusion if they should continue to be in the group. this will not be a talk behind their back(s), this will be upfront with them as well. if things escalate and get bad, everyone who is acting up will be removed from the group. this is a loving idol group who will not tolerate hate or aggression.

the ideal frequency for art posts would be at least once a month per person. hopefully these would be pieces with all four idols in them, based on a theme given for the month. but we all know that life can get in the way, so this won't be required. instead, if you can at least contribute ideas for non-art posts, such as cute little pieces of advice, inspirational quotes, and reminders for self care! we want this to feel fun and not like a chore.

though this is supposed to be casual, you are still required to contribute ideas/art at least once or twice a month. if you are inactive, it's possible we will decide to remove you from the group.

unfortunately there will be creeps, if anyone makes you uncomfortable, let me know and i can block them. you’re not alone.

you're not expected to reply to fans or be obligated to talk to fans. please always be stern and direct with your boundaries. you will be expected to with us, but hopefully its a want and doesn’t become a expectation.

if this begins to feel like more of a job and less of something you enjoy, please consider giving up the position to someone else.

with all that serious stuff being established, we can move onto fun the fun stuff!!!! we will all work on outfits as a team, do themes (which can be voted on by us and our fans!), and have fun talking and getting to know each-other. we can work on silly comics regarding our ocs interacting, ect.
